Available Positions

We are seeking qualified candidates to conduct multi-line insurance investigations suspected of insurance fraud or other irregularities as requested by our clients by obtaining in-person interviews; identifying, collecting and preserving relevant evidence and documenting all findings into a clear, concise and timely investigative report. SIU investigates auto, property, Workers’ Compensation, and liability claims of varying complexity in which specific indicators have been identified; and coordinate with law enforcement and / or the state fraud bureaus for regulatory compliance and criminal prosecutions.


Position is Part Time


The successful candidate will have related experience in one or more of the follow areas:
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a:

  • Private Investigator / SIU Investigator
  • Claims Adjuster
  • Law Enforcement
  • Military Police / CID
  • Or other related investigative fields


Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ability to investigate multiple insurance lines of business for potential fraud
  • Conduct remote or in-person recorded statements with insureds, claimants, and witnesses
  • Provide timely updates regarding current files
  • Conduct scene investigations
  • Obtain investigative photographs
  • Manage, Maintain and report investigative expenses
  • Completes detailed and accurate investigative reports


Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze information, develop logical questions and accurately report findings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A customer service focus
  • A strong desire to learn and work as a team
  • Own a laptop not older than 3 years
  • Be willing to travel
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and provide MVR
  • Current TX Private Investigator registration / license is required


Compensation:
employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis. Investigators are paid an hourly wage commensurate with experience between $25.00 to $30.00 an hour.

We currently have career opportunities for experienced, self-determined, and highly motivated PART-TIME SURVEILLANCE INVESTIGATORS. The surveillance investigator position is a remote, hourly, and non-exempt position. This position requires daily travel within the investigator home area and beyond.


The primary responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: conducting various types of investigations, covert surveillance, and background checks. Investigators will be required to record all findings into a clear and concise report, obtain video evidence, obtain recorded statements, testify as needed at hearings and trials, and work independently with minimal supervision.


The successful candidate will have related experience as either:

  • A private investigator
  • Honorably discharged from any military branch
  • Law enforcement
  • Loss prevention
  • Security
  • Criminal Justice degree


Core Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ability to conduct stationary, covert, and mobile surveillance
  • Provide daily updates regarding current files
  • Complete detailed and accurate investigative reports
  • Conduct research to develop new information
  • Document activity with written reports and video
  • Formulate investigative strategies based on individual assignments
  • Communicate results with clients
  • Testify in court as needed


Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Willing to travel  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate ability to analyze information, develop logical questions and accurately report findings
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and provide MVR
  • Access to a suitable surveillance vehicle
  • Current TX Private Investigator registration / license is mandatory  


Compensation:
Employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis. Investigators are paid an hourly wage to commensurate with experience between $20.00 - $25.00 an hour.
